1. Suppy of Promotional Materials for SBCC Activities of Urunana DC

Participation is open on equal conditions to all Firms specialized in supply of promotional materials for SBCC program activities. The Tender Documents will be sent via email to interested bidders upon their request to Urunana DC via email: info@urunanadc.org.rw not later than the 24th of January 2021.

The technical and financial proposals will be submitted in a zip folder containing 2 subfolders (one for technical proposal and another for the Financial proposal) via email: info@urunanadc.org.rw to Urunana DC, with the Ref. No. 21/005/PM_Urunana DC/PP/2021 - of the tender in the subject of the email. The deadline for submission of bids: January 27, 2021 not later than 4:00pm

2. Procurement of Sound System Services

Participation is open on equal conditions to all Firms specialized in supply of Sound System Services.

3. Intern Script Writer   

The Intern will be selected in accordance with the recruitment procedures in the HR policy of Urunana DC.  Further information about this opportunity can be obtained in the terms of reference of this offer.

4. Insurance Cover of Office Equipment and Motor Vehicles for Urunana DC

Bids prepared in English language, in its original form (Not scanned photo copies), zipped in a folder, well-marked and fully endorsed by the bidder in conformity with the provisions of the bidding document, must be submitted via email  info@urunanadc.org.rw to Urunana DC, not later than the 22nd January 2021 15h00’ (3:00pm).

The subject of the email should be the Tender Notice Reference No. (as above):

Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of Five hundred thousand Rwanda Francs (500 000 FRW), valid for 120 days starting from the date of the bids opening and it must be provided by a bank or a recognised financial institution. The bids will remain valid for 90 calendar days following the bids opening date. No hard copies of the bids will be submitted to Urunana DC to ensure compliance to prevention and control measures for COVID 19. 

Note: Only shortlisted bidders will be invited to present their proposals
